A very special cake decorating evening for grown ups.
Sharna Griffiths from Sweet Retreat and Nicola Topping from Lemon Tree Kitchen are collaborating to bring you a fun evening of cake decorating.
These two talented bakers will teach you how to decorate a three layer 6 inch chocolate cake which you can take home at the end of the night. Everything you need will be provided including a full set of course notes and recipes.
Learn how to fill and cover a cake with buttercream, how to create a ganache drip, and how to pipe buttercream. As well as many more tips and tricks for baking and decorating your own celebration cakes.
Bring a friend, enjoy the lessons as well as the provided refreshments. There will be nibbles and a selection of beverages to help create a fun party atmosphere..
This event is for a limited number of participants, so book fast to avoid disappointment.
